All decisions made based on the analysis remain the sole responsibility of the user.

6. Payments & Refunds

Where applicable, payments must be completed prior to delivery of analysis.

Due to the custom and time-based nature of the Service, completed analysis is generally non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

Use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.
